Why HR teams approve it

The dashboard that cannot show you an individual

Most workplace wellbeing tools ask employees to trust a promise. Corvida removes the need to.

Employers never see a named employee's readings, score, scan history or consultation record. Not restricted, not permission-gated. Not available. Any location, department or demographic group containing fewer than four people is automatically suppressed from the employer view, so aggregation can never be reverse-engineered back to a person.

This is the reason wellbeing programmes get approved rather than shelved. It is the answer to the works council, the union representative, and the one employee in every organisation who asks the difficult question in the all-hands. Try it: drill into the live demo until it refuses you.
